Former Pakistani all-rounder Abdul Razzaq has praised Multan Sultans’ pacer Ihsanullah, stating that he has the potential to bowl at a speed close to 160 kph in the future.
Razzaq was impressed by Ihsanullah’s performance in a recent match in which he took five wickets and conceded only 12 runs, helping his team bowl out Quetta Gladiators for 110. Razzaq, who had previously seen Ihsanullah play in the National T20 Cup, believes that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) should support and develop such talented bowlers.
Ihsanullah’s four-over spell was recorded as the fastest ever in HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) history, with an average speed of 144.37 kph, surpassing Haris Rauf’s record from PSL 7.
